Cherokee Autumn


This is the painting that I will be putting in the window of our gallery  which is located in The Market Common, a new business area near Myrtle Beach, SC.  It will stay there the whole month of September.  I based this painting on a photo provided by Neil Empsall, then completely changed the season from summer to fall and the location of the stream to Cherokee, NC.  I decided on Cherokee since we had a stream very much like this running behind our hotel room.   Thanks for looking and comments always welcome.

    Nora, I really love the colors in this painting. and the way they reflect in the water is amazing! Hope its for sale, because it's sure to go!
