My Mothers Tablecloth

  I had an old painting that I did not like so I sanded it down as much as possible then gessoed over it.  I used some of a photo by Charlie Capuano from Paint My Photo and then my own cloths.   The blue and white one was my mothers so thus the title.   I was also in this painting playing with warm and cool whites.  Please enjoy this painting and thanks for viewing.  Also would love to hear from you.

THE WATCHER & SUNFLOWER

These two paintings are the beginning of our JUST PAINT on our PAINTING FRIENDS forum.  This is a challenge for all of us who belong to do a painting a day.   My seagull is for June 1 and the Sunflower is for June 2.  Thanks to our member Wyna for starting this and pushing me into painting something every day.   Hope you enjoy these two watercolors.  And thanks for viewing.
